Folk Art Door
The door was painted in the early 20th century with an overall green. Four panels of the door were each painted in primitive fashion with a country scene, the bottom panel left blank. The molding surrounding each scene is ochre. The top panel is a village tree lined street with little houses and yards. The next panel down depicts a lake surrounded by low trees. The third panel is of mountains and trees reflected in a lake and the final panel is a seashore.
